    Agree - but decisions need to be made rationally and not be panic driven. The reality is all of us are going to have to live with highs and lows in terms of virus numbers for the next few years. Ideally we need to take a medium/long view with this.

    Those rules are not intended to be there for the rest of the year. They get reviewed every 2-3 weeks. The clubs have already received memo that players are to arrive changed and ready. Not that difficult to organise. To be honest the change-rooms are the least of most clubs problems.
