    Word is Johncock was running around pre-game telling blokes that if he didn't get 40 possessions he'd retire. Ended up leaving before 3QT with a shoulder niggle. Didn't even see the game out. Embarrassing.

    Powerhouse only have themselves to blame - missed a bunch of easy chances in the second half. Expecting the JOCS 2s to make light work of the Snakes ressies, who are destined for yet another choke job.

    Canterbury incapable of running out games. They'll get found out in finals. No doubt in my mind that the mighty JOCS will take it out. Bender in the shipping container wtb after.

    Three things are certain in 2024: St Johns will get into a scrap, Swinburne won't stock their fridges and Canterbury will choke and throw away a game in the last 10 minutes every few weeks.

    Box Hill literally sit in the best location for travel - they never have to go that far. Smack bang in the middle of the div. It's a shame they can't rely on dobbing in oppo players on technicalities every week.
