    It is actually law in Victoria that everyone obtain one. Has been for a couple of years. All umpires are volunteers (despite being paid) so you should only pay for the photo and endorse the app as a Volunteer.

    agree with all of the above. I still shake my head when a player shoots for goal, misses and hits the behind post. Every AFL umpire will pay this as deliberate OOB yet his INTENT is to kick a score, not put it OOB.
