i get that, but even before you mentioning that, i've always felt West height was somewhat deceptive, when looking at him in isolation, he doesnt look that big, but when other players next to him, then he looks imposing. have high hopes for him as well, should really be pressuring Membrey for...

had to look that up, yes he is the same height as Charlie West, must have long limbs, because he looks taller West looks like a big midfielder while Gallop looks a genuine key forward size

Yeh that’s true at the moment, but I was never a fan of Dean succeeding at AFL level, you just can’t make it in todays football being that slow if you don’t have a weapon I see more of a chance that a player like DeBolfo could be a handy replacement if needed, and less a liability

Who else we got if we get injuries in that part of the ground We relying on McInnes and Smit , neither even started their careers as defenders Was impressed with him last year in the VFL, big bodied for his height Not much else out there, and a definite upgrade on the likes of Dean who we gave...

We really need McInnes to make it as a defender this year, our lack of a young key defender to be able to play consistent good football is so apparent No pressure, only coming off an ACL Stating the obvious here , but if we lose either of Moore or Howe for any extended time , we could be in a...

    Player Watch Ed Allan

Only just got home and started watching highlights during the 3rd qtr, only vision I’ve seen on him was him swinging on to his left foot Was an atrocious kick 🤮 Hopefully I see better from him when I watch the whole replay

    Training Pre-season training updates 2026.

one thing i don't understand about this drill in the first 5-10min of footage, why don't they kick to a moving target. get one of the players or coaches to lead up or to the side. i get the idea is to release a player from stoppage to kick to a player up the field, but kicking to a stationary...

which i why i prefer him kicking to our forwards, not having his tongue out trying to keep up with his opponent in the backline in our side, he is equal with Naicos placing the ball to a leading forward.

Pendles belongs in the middle of the ground, im not sure i can be convinced otherwise. can see him being exposed by the opposition going through his direct opponent if a permanent half back our best bet is Jaicos at half back, can switch play either foot which is a weapon, Pendles is more...

Yet we can get people like Jen or Swoop taking video for the fans but the club cannot afford to do it? What a cop out Give the fans who can’t go to the open day something to look at ffs

his kicking is sub standard has a tall frame, but doesn't use it. plays like a medium size mid. needs to make himself a marking target mid. then he will have a point of difference to make up a little for his iffy disposal

List Mgmt. Future Magpies - Collingwood's Next Generation & Father/Son Prospects

in my opinion, playing in the second best league with sides not connected to an AFL system will give him the best preparation for his future goals. being able to play against seasoned opposition is a major plus, not having to step aside for AFL listed players in team line ups etc
