    Well either be %100 invested or not at all as far as I'm concerned....imagine being a player being convinced to sign up for 10-15 goal hidings week in week out by a bloke that will only be there when his VFL club says he can !!...that's a hard sell imo.

    Maybe Tally ?. New and strong leadership might attract more personal which could see them improve, think the rest could be more of the same. I would love to see any of the bottom teams improve though, makes for a healthy competition.

    During my second year there helping Robbo I would hear about a "group" of disgruntled so and so's (former club ppl) hiding near the scoreboard at home games deriding Robbo and praying for his downfall....pathetic.
