They did. It starred Maria Bello who is a quality actress. In the remake the overt sexism she was dealing with seemed really dated in comparison to early 90's Mirren in Prime Suspect. It didn't last a whole season, it was sometime in the last 2 years.
I've seen about 5 Hitchcock films and liked them all, my favourite being Rear Window, which is brilliant. Amazingly one of the 5 has made it through.
