Had finals well before Preston City Oval with temporary grandstands put up in each forward pocket and from memory even had a standing platform put up in the 06 finals series which was very good.
If the league can have that all done, then it will be fine for viewing.

I would say the facilities at PCO are outdated. Many seats missing in the grandstand, away changerooms need updating and the ground is in average condition.
Epping has multiple changerooms and more parking options.
Wonder if they will bring back on the old scaffolding grandstands?
