    Think the councils would have had a fair say in it as well. Im tipping Whittlesea were the only ones happy to fork out for temp fencing knowing they would get revenue back on parking fines.

    I would say the facilities at PCO are outdated. Many seats missing in the grandstand, away changerooms need updating and the ground is in average condition. Epping has multiple changerooms and more parking options. Wonder if they will bring back on the old scaffolding grandstands?
