Fair point - except we cant even utilise coleman medalists properly up forward - even when we had charlie it under delivered. Cripps could be more servicable up forward but our terrible ball movement and structure makes it much harder than asking cripps to do that role at any other club -

my bigger issue is - considering charlies salary. You dont hear about his leadership, you dont hear about his training standards like you do about Harry, he has had injury issues (self inflicted/bad luck/poor fitness dept) then all you have left is on field performance which was down this year... -

probably not popular - but if 'relatively' cheap enough id let charlie go and go in for JUH. Hes got issues now but he'll grow up the talents still there. Get more capital from losing charlie - use some of it on JUH and open up a tonne of cap space for other moves -

we really do just have the dumbest system forward of centre in the game. Voss is only ever spoken about as a leader or motivator....hard to lead/motivate when the players have found out how shit his "system" is. Either surround him with intelligent coaches or replace him -
