    Really, we're that bad? Perhaps we should start wearing slacks to games. Well played by YV in both games on the weekend, smashed us good and propper. Real shame we couldn't have at least celebrated 1 flag. Despite the 2 GF results, both sides have had enjoyable seasons with a great bunch...

    Great effort by IAFC to qualify for both GF's, 2's holding on in a tight game, 1's coming home against the breeze!! club in good shape as it heads to D2, now just to make sure we take 2 flags with us.

    50c post match hot dogs in the rooms at northcote along with a well intoxicated Jake Melksham and Sam Lonergan taking on kids in table tennis match. apparently melksham did a hammy... ground in lovely condition, hope all the remaining d3 finals are at this venue. looks like rain this weekend...

    massive day on Sunday for the Hoe's with the 3 sides playing at Westgarth St. Good location for us as just down the road, lovely ground to play on too. Would rather a Saturday, but the extra days break is good for these old legs... I reckon Kew will get up in the other game, I won't be...

    as a few clever punters predicted, Ivanhoe v Powerhouse was close all day. Conditions suited the PH big bodies and they made the Hoe work for it til the very end. was very very heavy down at Power House thanks to the big rain on Friday night. Should be another tough game against the Wicks...
