    Everyone knew the rules were going to change in 2026. Port can't say they weren't forewarned. Besides Cochrane wasn't even an approved NGA player until Nov 2025. So they pre-planned Cochrane being an NGA but they didn't plan for draft bidding changes in 2026????

    He has never been that type of player. He doesn't have speed off the mark so he will always get exposed by more agile forwards. His skillset is contested marking.

    Not sure its laziness, just an urge to get the game moving faster. I don't think he has confidence in his kicking 30m or longer so often chooses the quick, easy 15m kick.

    I agree to a certain extent but he is contracted until 2029 and he is the best available at his position in our squad at the moment.

    Rounds 1 & 2, Scott played him out of position at CHB with Reid at FB. That clearly was a disaster. Rounds 3-5 he was ok although he still came with the occassional bad blunder. Anzac Day, we just got blitzed on the Inside 50 count. No defender can contain that amount of clean and fast ball...
