Some quick thoughts on direction/cinematography. I think this film had nearly every war movie cliche shot in it. Rotating helicopter blades in slow motion. Overhead of soldier being carried on a stretcher. Zoom in on sniper taking a shot. Air support providing covering fire from the gunners... -

I probably have more negative things to say about this film than I do positive. The plot/story was very Hollywood. Two hyper-competent protagonists against the odds. I found much of it to be fantastical and hard to believe, especially in the final action movement. The score throughout the film... -
