    Hawks really dropped the ball here, tis a shame. Future wantaway stars like Butters, Reid, Walsh etc aren't going to trust the hawks to honour their end of the bargain. And sure they'll survive - just as cockroaches do after nuclear fallout - but the cultural damage will insidiously corrode...
