Have to disagree with you on this point mate, don't think it holds. it's irrelevant how the team would go without a particular player as to whether they deserve AA. All it implies is that they have other players capable of filling the void and doesn't go towards a particular player being better...- Words: 120

i'm sick of all the people putting Ellis down and spruiking guys like Schneider and Wanganeen, Ellis has been riddled with injury and has just completed a solid 4 week training block. Personally I would start Lewis and use Bruce as the sub Bruce isn't a big enough of an impact player, lewis worked really well because he goes in really hard, Bruce doesn't have the bulk or the pace to be an impact player. -

if a sub doesnt play, is it still a game on their career stats?
This question was asked on SEN yesterday (24/03) and they looked it up. The game stat does count, similar to an interchange player that isn't used. However if the player has zero game time then they are elegible to play in the VFL/WAFL/SANFL game for their club if it is on the following day...- Words: 63
