But the biggest move that he did (or didn't do) which was also the most costly was to not play our best defender at FB through the finals series. IMO this cost us a spot in the GF. -

Who are our assistant coaches? I know Scarlett is backline coach but that's it. Forwardline functioned much better this year until the midfield stopped pumping it in there. Despite all those big names I'd say the midfield is still our biggest area of concern. -

I've got no issues with any of the Kellys. Tim's been phenomenal for us on field, despite desperately wanting to be in WA so as long as we get fair compensation i wish them all the best. -

I have no idea, so unless the club or coach comes out and states why they did it then for me personally I will always see it as one of the moves which cost us a GF spot. If they want to keep it in house and don't care what people like me think then that's up to them. -

His kicking is average at best so really playing him on the wing where you need elite ball use skills to have an impact is just ridiculous. But I'm not criticising him for his games as a wingman because he's just doing what he's told. He played FB for the first half of the year and was in AA...
