Will be sad to see Caddy go as I thought he had more to offer, always thought we played better with him in. I think he needed another year to find his place with Danger in the side. Oh well what will be will be but I'm not liking the direction we are taking which seems to be copying Hawthorn but...
I want to keep mine too. Don't think I'll be signing up for Stanley though. Would rather a Geelong kid who we can follow his development and may not get a sponsor otherwise.
As I met him this year at the inner sanctum day I'm sad to see him go as he seemed like a pretty shy bloke who tried his hardest. I shall miss him. Good luck at Collingwood.
I have no idea about Rhys but what is it with us taking a punt on players that aren't getting on the park at their current clubs due to injury? Don't we have a big enough infirmary of our own players let alone porting in other teams. I know we are supposedly getting them cheaper for this reason...
Rhys Stanley......erm no thanks.....
I don't think there are many players that don't have sponsors and I think bundys may be looking for a new home too.
Fair call. But I'm just thinking that he might have seen how the other side do it and decided that something was amiss at the Cats.
Are the people he is holding responsible still at the cats?
Has someone at Essendon advised him though, as he stayed at the Cats for quite a while after he retired with the VFL team didn't he?
Just seems very odd as he was held in very high esteem wasn't he?

I don't really know much about what happened.....but its not a good look.
Thoughts?
Has someone been in his ear? Why has it taken...
Don't post much either, but read a lot. Generally, compared to a lot of the others, which seem to be filled by 10 year olds and those with some kind of Axe to grind, the Geelong board if pretty informative and has some good banter.
I agree things do seem to have got a bit more serious, but...
