    I wish we had the luxury of playing Friejah on a wing, which is where he played as a junior. He reminds me a bit of Williams in that he doesnt have any glaring weaknesses, but somehow just seems that tad off the pace for a true mid.

    Id say Buku ticks most of the boxes on your list as well, except for the elite tank and of course being 10cm shorter. When he cant jump, he struggles big time to impact a contest I do agree we need to stick raw players in a position and let them learn it though. Buku has been bouncing back...

    Our tall defenders arent much chop but its still the quality of our flankers and wings that impact most negatively, IMO. Small defenders that can defend AND transition well without turning the ball over. Small forwards that ARE dangerous but also apply heaps of pressure on the opposition...

    Time for the mid tier players to stand up and be counted - we get to see what the team is made of. Most of our stars missing and/or playing sore. Dale, Treloar, Buku, Bramble, Kennedy, Sanders, West, Freijah, Willams, Davidson. These guys need to play out of their skin and make it happen
