That is more to do with the criminal element of the ACC investigation such as illicit drug use, match fixing, bribery etc rather than the supposed use of PEDS.

Maybe, but at least a car maker provides a few positives to the local economy (or at least they used to;)), but I fail to see what benefits licencing overseas gambling houses bring especially considering the parasitic business practices they employ.
