I think we saw in Gollant what we saw in Cook. Skills were ok but he never really put it together at the top level. He had his chances.
Himmelberg was rubbish. I would argue he got more than enough games.
Yep it's on Gamepass. I cashed in a free 3 month trial of Gamepass that came with my Lenovo laptop and have been playing on PC to satisfy the urge until it drops on PS5.
Indeed. On the flip side though that is the beauty of a game like Forza where you can easily drop 3+ hours, but can also look at the clock and go "10 minutes til the kids need to go to bed? I can squeeze in a race."
Is there a thread so share your old PC game collection? There should be. I have AFL 98 and I bought every version of EA Cricket on PC up until 07 when I made the move to PS2.
I don't think I've ever been convinced that Fremantle were actually good in 30 years. Whenever they're good they always have that "St Kilda Streak" feel about them. Would love to be wrong. And tbh I had the same feeling about Richmond in 2017.
Him getting suspended for a week caps off this decision beautifully. So not only do we lose him for the week we would've much rathered to have him, we've pushed back his recovery by rushing him back to play in a freezer.
Yep Lever was out of contract, which is where the "infighting" leading up to and during the GF stories came from.
Either way, it's Charlie for me. Dogged the club and Eddie, held us to ransom, yet still had a chip on his shoulder about us and took swipes at us for years afterwards as if we were...
The shot of him on the ground was hilarious. Camera trained on him because they thought he was injured. Once he realises he's not getting a free and the ball is about to be kicked he's up like a flash but no one mentions it.
