    Seems like premierships and finals campaigns are being more and more decided by correct medical/injury management and fitness gurus than ever before. We need to improve in this area as much as player development before we become a force. Thanks Y&BB for the info.:thumbsu:

    Vlad! Can you here me? Reward the bottom sides with less than 18 points with a priority pick AFTER the first round, no matter how many years in a row they finish at the bottom of the ladder. That way they get a little extra hand but the incentive in the end is not strong enough to want to win...

    It worries me that we just scraped over the line for a win today against the worst team in the competition who were down on men (through selection AND on the day through injury) and who may have been tanking (coach only). I don't want to tank ourselves and congratulate the eagles in winning...
