    I don't think he was given a real chance. I have seen him in the SANFL and he is an absolute gun at that level. He would be of more value than Liam Jones was IMHO.

    I can't see why the Bulldogs wouldn't look at Lewis Johnston. He's been delisted by the Crows and would be a very handy third tall forward behind Crameri and Boyd.

    The issue here is that it is time for the AFL to put it's hand in it's pocket and set up a national reserves league. Get out of the state leagues which are legitimate competitions in their own right. Scrap the foxtel cup and replace it with a national AFL reserves comp. Problem solved.
