    imagine the forum if the tribunal was open to the media - would be a posting frenzy hopefully they make quick progress with it now, needs to be over well before the season starts imo

    Procedural question - is it too late to do a deal? Can a player, or their lawyer on their behalf, walk in today - plead guilty and ask for a lesser penalty? Or do they just have to wait until it's all heard and cop whatever the ruling is??

    will Hird let the notices issue this week? makes the request for an injunction on them going out a bit redundant if he doesn't try and stop them

    have i got this right? ASADA has said they will issue new notices next week including evidence BUT Hird is seeking 8 . An injunction restraining the Respondent from issuing to any EFC player any further notice under cl4.07 A(2) of the NAD Scheme arising from or relying on information...

    Natalie does very well "Fourthly, James Hird also seeks an injunction preventing any show cause notice being issued against the players arising from or relying on information obtained in the alleged Joint Investigation." Surely that stops ASADA proceeding???

    Surely ASADA will hesitate to go ahead with the SCN's until the appeal is heard. IF, and it's a very big IF, Hird wins the appeal and ASADA has progressed things they would be massive danger of being taken straight to court by the players This is a terrible development for the players imo

    has probably been asked somewhere already but would a Hird appeal stop the SCN's until it's heard? worst possible result for the players if it does imo - well unless there was a miracle and he won
