I can see why you say that, but what about Tatoo artists, the 'great' womanizer Picasso. Have u seen artwork by Richard Lewer who took boxing into thye gallery - an artist who loves his sport and trained in boxing to stage a match in a gallery. There are other artists who have a very industrial outlook in their art - sculptors like Richard Serra who works with large slabs of steel. Yes, there have been artists on 'the other side' but percentage-wise it would possibly be similar to other walks of life.
