I remain more optimistic. Losing Murphy from this cohort doesn’t help though. Neither does losing Ginnivan and Henry.
I’d add Steene, Smit, Eyre and Macrae to the hopeful list.
Just got home and started this so thanks a lot! (it's way too hard to do on the phone). Really appreciate it but I will bew able to maintain it a little more going (as I'm working from home rather than in the office - still busy but at least noone can see me going to BigFooty mid-meeting...

No way we would Trade Moore or IQ
Eyre and Steele are Very Promising Talls just had the Injury Bug sadly
Allan won't be De-Listed as got 2 more years on his Contract and I still think he can at least become a Descent AFL Player
Not sure on Sullivan and Long. Both get a 1 Year Extention for Depth
These 2 in red, need to be played in the middle while Pendles and Mitchell are still playing. The chances of winning a GF from here, if we get into the top 8, is very slim as we would be burnt out even if we did make it so take this opportunity to train the young ones now and reset for next year...
Lipinski can have a more defined role but until his intensity and bruise free style changes I would consider offloading
I thought last year ok its his shoulder but the timidness isn’t resonating this year
...- Will be a good midfield option for a few years
Harvey HARRISON - Very promising, on the up
Brody MIHOCEK (1-2 more years at most)
CharlieDEAN - I think he'll come good, but slowly
Ned LONG - Could be a useful utility
Wil PARKER - Promising
Undecided
Oscar STEENE
Jack BYTEL

Yeah you’re way off, man.
Collingwood have two developing rucks in the VFL already. Cox would have been picked up by another club in an instant if we moved him on.
You mustn’t have watched too much of Howe this year as he is clearly deserving of a new deal and has played mostly great footy at...
...His body is continually failing him. You can only carry so may 30+ players with injury history like his. They should have given CharlieDean more responsibility and elevated a younger defender to play more consistently.
Elliotts body is completely cooked, and lets be honest, theres 30 to 40...
I think you're being generous with Mcreery. He's 23 now and, outside of a few flashes early in the year, was really disappointing in most of his games this year. Very fumbly, getting caught with the ball and just looking lost on the field.
Among the under 25 brigade:
Good:
Nick Daicos
Beau McCreery
Bobby Hill
Isaac Quaynor
Potential:
Joe Richards
CharlieDean
Reef McInnes
Harvey Harrison
Hopeful (too early to determine):
Harry DeMattia
Tew Jiath
Ed Allan
I don't think it's a catastrophe, but it is a shallow pool of talent...
...is with the best under 22 player in the comp.
Quaynor and McCreery are best 22.
I think Wil Parker, Reef McInness, Harvey Harrison, CharlieDean and Tew Jiath are worth giving games to.
Steene and Smith are both projects. We need Condon.
Joe Richards is trade bait or a keeper. Kreuger...
We have overlooked a great many father-son prospects the Hickmott boys, Mantons, Charlie McKay, Hogg, Bradley, Deans, Sextons and others. They have to be good enough, and they genuinely look to be. If we don’t rate them, we won’t take them.
As for need, every club constantly adds midfield...
