His contract isn’t that ridiculous. Zac Williams, Ben McKay, Josh Battle, Perryman. All average players getting paid over $750k a year. Oliver would be on a million a season and he’s significantly better than all the above.

Yeah and seems to perform his best as a loose in defense. Slight caveat in that he has done some good lockdown jobs but you don't shell out massive coin for that role.

I like Cowan and I think he will be a very good intercepting half back flanker for us - but I’m not sure that he’s good enough below the knees to go in the middle and be an extracting mid.

I really don't see it with Perryman. He wants to be a midfielder but is going to be on huge coin to play a position he has never really shown he can dominate in. Zac Williams 2.0 IMO.
