So we agree then, the coaching staff trying to turn him into a winger need a rocket put under them.
How long do they continue with this experiment ?, surely they can see that this aint working and the poor kid's confidence is shot.
His game awareness is non existant at the moment, he has no idea when to go and when not to go and gets caught in two minds in between contests.
In his first season he attacked the footy and was clean with it, now he looks like he doesn't want the ball anywhere near him.
His confidence is...
Even Melbourne's Langdon who is the biggest downhill skier in the league was baiting him on his softness.
He drops his head and his body language is putrid !
Lastly you are a right footer, so stop showboating & use it on set shots because when you miss you open yourself up to this type of...
This is the point, most of us think he shouldn't have got a week but with some of the suspensions previously for the same type of incidents it becomes a bit of a joke.
Previously, if the head makes contact with the ground in a tackle the tackler was suspended because they have a duty of care or...
The main reason I was suggesting this was it was the only way I could see both Caddy & Jones playing in the same team and it was frustrating the F### out of me that Caddy couldn't break into the side.
Not having a dig at you ant but you also thought that he wouldn't have the tank to play on a wing when I suggested this a few weeks ago, what are your thoughts after having seen him play a full game there ?
He's still running as hard towards the end of games making contests on a wing or running players down and lets face it Kelly gives us nothing in that wing role ?
They will have to get a little creative as you'd like to see both Caddy and Jones playing, they are the future ?
He definitely has the tank, that was one of his strengths spoken about in his draft year, his ability to run his oppenents ragged.
I don't mind the thought of him back either, they will have to come up with something because I don't think they can fit all the talls we have in the forward line...
I will keep banging on about this but why not put Jones to a wing ?, he's not a big goal kicker and his strength is his ability to get around the ground and take marks. He would be a good outlet when coming out of defence too.
Caddy moves to CHF, he will crash packs and bring the ball to...
Same old same old .
Nothing will change until we get a decent CHF . A ruck stands up . Someone with half a clue about crumbing the footy .
We have one playing in the VFL, Caddy but we're too piss week to pick him. Why he wasn't selected for this game has me F###ked.
Put Jones to a wing where...
Caddy hit the post twice in his only game, Jones is averaging 1 goal a game so my thought process was that Caddy could match that ?, it also gives us a few different options going forward and Jones would be a hard match up on a wing with his running ability.
I'm a little disappointed that Caddy wasn't brought in, his aggression and attack at the ball would have a few of them looking over their shoulders.
I'd put Jones onto a wing a let him run all over the ground, good luck keeping up with him, he's not a big goal kicker so Caddy could play in his...
Surprised this bloke doesn't get more heat in here, he has a few clangers in him per week and his defensive work in non existant.
That miss today was a momentum killer !!!
I don't get the negativity on here, Richmond weren't just going to hand us the win on dreamtime and infront of 80 thousand supporters ?
It was a dewy night so the margin was never going to blow out, yes we over possessed the footy but that was also due to Richmonds pressure and the conditions...
If only Wright had of tried to spoil the way Webster did on the weekend, Cunningham would be eating out of a straw for a few months.
Parker copped his right whack, I hope he's made to compensate the Frankston player for his medical bills and wages lost.
