    I can't believe that level of customer service and lack of knowledge, best way to show your disdain would be to never bet with them again. That will hit them where it counts, in the pocket. That bloke will probably get the arse for thus losing such a valued customer.

    I'm a big fan of the DFS form system, nice little summaries, however I then take from that what jockeys I like, compare against Herald, and usually won't back anything under 4s, or really under $2 a place as an each way bet with and under $2 place is still a loss if it doesn't win.
