Reminds me of Chris Johnson, without the speckies. Still very strong overhead though. Courageous, difficult to get passed, yet attacking when he has it, a brilliant kick. Don't think he's quite as agile as Johnson was, but I think they have similar traits. Pretty happy to be thinking along these...
Please don't let it be that he'll actually play. He's so very bad at footy and we're always crap when he's in. I'd rather we continue with the patchwork than go back to this dead set hack.
Is it not the job of the recruiter to determine which is which? My point is that over time you can have a basis to work out if a recruiter is actually any good at doing that. Otherwise, you might as well just employ anyone to do it.
But at some point you have to determine if a professional is actually good at their job or not. The job being difficult is not really relevant. With enough of a body of work, which we definitely have with FJ, it is possible to analyse performance.
Of course, everyone will have differing views...
Think you may have taken that the wrong way by the rather snarky reply. It would've been good for us and him if he'd kicked more accurately for goal. That's all.
Reckon that's his best game for the club. Got a lot in the first half to help set up the win and the only crap kick that comes to mind was a goal. That's the sort of game that justifies a trade like that.
As most people who have questioned the trade have said, if he can be fit and play to his...
These are genuine questions I'm asking. What's the general consensus on his eventual position and output? We can see what he is now, but where do we think he'll end up?
I'm hoping midfield, not sure if he'll win enough pill or be good enough a runner, so maybe half back. Just curious.
There's a 109 page merry-go-round of a thread where the debate is over whether one of them can play at all.
I think the sensible thing to have done would've been to play Miles at the start of the year and ease Prestia's body into fitness before adding him to the team.
Neither are great...
Can he double his output? Will there be a midfield position for him or is he a half back?
Looks good when he has it. Seems stronger - doesn't find the pill all that much.
Is it possible to respectfully call that rubbish? I'm not looking for a fight or to be disrespectful, but I just think that view is rubbish. He is playing very poorly in my opinion and he could easily be impressing supporters and standing out from the ho hum AFL midfield bilge. I'm sure it's...
I am prepared to wait and see how he goes if able to get back to full fitness, but surely the expectation was that he would be considerably better than Grigg, Edwards, Lambert and Caddy. Surely.
