Is it not the job of the recruiter to determine which is which? My point is that over time you can have a basis to work out if a recruiter is actually any good at doing that. Otherwise, you might as well just employ anyone to do it.

But at some point you have to determine if a professional is actually good at their job or not. The job being difficult is not really relevant. With enough of a body of work, which we definitely have with FJ, it is possible to analyse performance. Of course, everyone will have differing views...
