Agree. Super happy for a win like everyone else, but it's a game we should've won by much more, against a rebuilding side like us but who we are supposed to be more further advanced than in the rebuild.
Not a whole lot changed from a week ago.
A lot more fight and spirit shown which was...
The club buckles under pressure because without supporters there is no club.
...and these particular long-suffering supporters have had a gutful of the continual ineptitude and lack of success over the last 2.5 decades. Is that unfair?
Maybe the CFC needs to update their old rusty...
Agree, and neither of them said anything, so what was the point of the whole exercise?
Pointless, meaningless, directionless - a bit like DT's coaching
Hind was probably one of the recruits of the year. But CFC recruitment can't do anything that prudent.
We spend way overs for these two. Unfortunately the club was buying into all the hype and boarded the bullet train with all the slavering supporters, all whipped into an expected success...
"Everyone is disappointed because everyone has tried 100 per cent every week to get a result," Cripps said.
Just now from Cripps interview.
All this tells me is that the playing group are as delusional as the HC if our Capt. truly believes this, and it appears he does believe this or he...
Only problem for Bucks is - does he want the stress and pressure of going from one currently dysfunctional, basket case club straight into another one? Probably not. Ditto Clarkson.
Williams for mine if he's interested. Voss or Leppitch snr. asst.
Just watch the successful teams in how they work the ground, and notice the huge difference. They - WB. PA, BL, GFC, RFC etc - all swarm in packs and surge the ground, whereas our guys aren't being taught that or are simply not buying in and are always running around like headless chooks...
Agree with that, our list is filled with more holes than swiss cheddar, recruiting for several years has been generally bad, our recent high - paid recruits are too often not what the list need and/or not delivering. It's going to take years to recover (again).
Heads need to roll, and not...
All of the many problems at this club starting at the very top and then filtering all the way down into the insipid playing group can be best summarised in just one simple word
:poo:
Carlton is becoming the laughing stock of the comp.
I say we push for either Rhys-Jones or The Flying Doormat.
Bring back some mongrel, help this 'team' find some ticker.
Any players not on board, just show them the Bolton exit door and they can leave with the out-of-steam TeagueTrain.
There are not many higher pressure jobs than those of head coaches of high profile sporting teams. Weight of expectation from boards, members etc is enormous. Teague feels it, and in fact his robotic features are even beginning to show it - a little bit.
Contrary to popular opinion, he is...
Completely agree.
It's like one of those juicy PS jobs you see advertised - the positioned is already filled (unless an unexpected Einstein or Gates applies) but has to be opened to the public because of 'policy' to make it a 'level playing field'.
They've thrown it out there to the...
I'm not so sure all of this conjecture about AR failures tells the real story.
I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of this so-called lack of fitness is a large part mental rather than physical.
Our players, our team, our brands has been ridiculed, flogged, derided and had such a negative vibe built...
You are trying to say that this is the only point. Not true, this is a broad-based topic and this is a forum! I am entitled to voice my points and opinions, so please don't try to tell me what points I have or haven't missed :]
I am trying to look at a different angle, but seems this is...
Yes, there's those things, plus all the other words, actions and behaviours from him over a long period of time that definitely did not endear him to the footballing masses. Fans and spectators are a passionate bunch and have long memories.
This all snowballed over a period of time and then...
Hello fellow Bleu tragics, what better way to jump into my first post here than to stick the boot into these 3 - everyone here has differing opinions about these 3 "quality recruits".
PD and LoB both shouldve been cut/traded 2 years ago, SPS needs more development and playing in position...
