    This is a dumb, cheap shot. Successful clubs make some dumb decisions. Unsuccessful clubs make some good decisions. Address the decision on its merit rather than answer it with an overall sledge.

    Didn't hurt Carlton hanging onto Gibbs for a year after his request. Came back, played ok footy, traded the next year for a equal or better deal than would've been on offer. EFC need to be strong here. Not cave to the media narrative.
