    I agree. Went and watched Wodonga play Baranduda the other week. I was surprised at the winning margin. The Rangers were playing a very young Wodonga side and got hammered. It was Prov. bottom vs District top. Looks like the gap is bigger than I thought. (Wodonga were not at full strength)...

    I have wondered also. It's the same with Wodonga Saints in the Tallangatta league. Both sides are in town , but seem to struggle to lure players to their clubs. Maybe something behind the scenes, that we don't get to hear about? Maybe a culture thing, but as Thurgoona showed it can turn around...

    You should get together with the Raiders boys and find a sponsor, so you can play for a trophy. The First sport cup, Stump plate or the Klepiak trifecta Jug. This would add a bit spice to the game. I know one player who would lift another 50% to get his hand on another trophy.:D

    We always had that jumper, with the stripes. I played to under 18's. The seniors also had the same jumper. I am talking early eighties.Last season '83. The club emblem was the Rosellas. Between that name and the jumper I think I just worked out why my footy career never kicked off.:o:o:o:o
