There is no disputing that he deserves an increase and as you say he may expect a big pay day, but the reality is that the offer he receives will be relative to the club's overall list management and salary cap strategy.

People wrote off McVeigh as 'cooked' last year when he was returning from injury, yet he has been one of our best and moost consistent performers this year.

I really should know better but it amazes me that we can't even saviour a win through a real team effort for a few days without posters wanting to retire champs of the club returning from injury and or talk about trading Reid. Honestly, if only we could retire and/or trade posters from this...
