    Strong rumours indicating that Bridgey’s Tom Broadbent has gone to Natte- Bealiba. Hopefully a change of scenery can reignite some passion for the game as many of his team mates from last season said he really didn’t want to turn up most weeks. It’s a shame, very very talented boy!

    Well previous results would tell you that they are thereabouts (10 goal wins over South and Sebas, 20 point win over E.P, 20 point losses to Sunbury and Bacchus) -I'd put the weekend's result down to very limited availability, and then disinterest after half time.     Melton were seriously depleted on the weekend. Most of the top end talent is injured, and with no VFL or Jets players, means their depth is really tested. They rolled over after half time.
