I traded out Grundy this week, but in his defense, all he did was wrestle a bloke in a ruck contest then punch him in the guts. Isn't that a ruckman's job?
Sounds like you have the same mess as me. I'm holding both Rozee and Green and hoping for the best. Even if Rozee misses more he will be very valuable over the byes, holding him saves a couple of trades. Oliver can wait. I'm going Williams and Yeo to Peatling and Parish as I already have...
Yep. Sounds like BS. I've already traded him out three times. Had him sitting on the bench a few. Now he's back on the field until we get the 'breaking news'.
They should both get a decent run after their last games. Drury possibly safer than Biggy. Kal Dawson is out for 2 or 3 more weeks. When Kal comes back it will be for either Biggie or Corr. Hopefully Corr.
Anyone know when we get new DPPs?
It is possibly worth holding Zilliams till then as there aren't great def trade options at the moment. Better to replace him by shifting one of McKercher, Roberts or Martin back.
People keep listing North players in their team but nobody seems to mention Duursma. Are you all trying to lose?
This is the last week to get him in before he is too pricey.
Yeah, but why did you get rid of Barnett? If you kept him as your utility or forward bench you wouldn't need to use the extra trade. You could trade Grundy to Massimo or Billings or anyone.
So, Luke Jackson. Nobody seems to have him in their team anymore. If he is over his concussion by round 1 are people bringing him in?
Unfortunately, he is playing the last game of the round and we may not know whether he's playing until after some of the earlier games are done.
I haven't watched all the games, but from what I've seen, the new ruck rules are going to advantage the meatheads over the lighter athletic types. Xerri monstered the two Collingwood rucks by holding them off the line of the ball with a straight arm. I expect guys like Darcy, Grundy, and...
Normally, that would seem reasonable. But with Hardwick coaching, I think it is a bit of a wait and see. At Richmond, his mids didn't often average 100, I doubt GC will have 4 around that mark or higher.
