    I know for sure that they play Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. They most likely have more days though. I would give them a call, football season (where real footballers play football) seem to be less busy than the off season. So you may be able to get in straight away.

No one intends to kick a shank or drop a mark, they know what they should be doing - How does push ups make you improve?     In terms of drills i would recommend a handball game over about 50 metres with 7-8 a side. It will get the kids used to running from contest to contest in a small area and build up that side of fitness. Also prepares the kids to work the ball under pressure.

    AFL footballers average 15-20 Km's. If midfielders in good local footy comps weren't running atleast 10km a game their fitness would have to be in question.

    Wow, that is a bit over the top. If you have a fitness base to pull it off (ala Nick Riewoldt) and it works for you then by all means do it. The only thing i can't understand is a coldish shower before you actually play the game of football?

    I know they have to be one of the worst bands going around but: Nickleback - Burn it to the Ground is a great pump up song and an anthem that should be played before you go out with your mates on the weekend!
