    Past Player - James Sellar

Re: #29 - James Sellar I saw in the Sunday Mail an article about the Crows participating in Movember. James Sellar was featured along with Chris Knights and it mentioned that it was a matter close to Sellar's heart because he has lived with depression for the past four years :( From...

    #12 - Daniel Talia

From what I saw of him at SANFL level he looks promising. He put on a lot of baulk when he arrived but struggled to adjust to the higher level of competition. I think he's been stuck in Adelaide doing his knee rehabilitation over the past month or so, so fingers crossed he'll be good to go...

    Past Player - Brodie Martin

Re: #41 - Brodie Martin qbM4p_EoIQc I loved his first goal :thumbsu: Z0vwFowJXpc And jump to around the 1:09 mark for his run in front of Riewoldt. I can't wait to see him play again :)

    Past Player - Brodie Martin

Re: #41 - Brodie Martin Channel 10 said tonight that he was scheduled to play for Sturt this weekend but is being held back, along with Trent Hentschel, for the following weekend.

Re: #28 - Jack Gunston Well done on a good debut Gunner :thumbsu:

    #45 - Ricky Henderson

I've seen him play live once or twice and his sort of fits into a Burton mould but is more graceful and smarter. Thats not taking anything away from Burton of course but he's more put together and he's not afraid to go for a hanger! What really struck me was how comfortable he looked on the...

    #10 - Matthew Jaensch

Re: Rookie pick 46 - Matthew Jaensch - Player Discussion For what it's worth he looked pretty good at training this morning. He was getting amongst it a bit for his first session.

    #10 - Matthew Jaensch

Re: Rookie pick 46 - Matthew Jaensch - Player Discussion One of my mates played most of his junior footy with him at Sturt. All he has intially mentioned to me about Jaensch is that he is a good kick on both legs and is a bit arrogant. I'm beginning to sense a bit of a theme here:p

    #12 - Daniel Talia

Re: Selection #13 - Daniel Talia He's from Sacred Heart College (or Assumption? One of the two) in Vic. Dougie and Armstrong also went there and now live together. Hopefully he shouldn't have too much trouble settling in.

    Past Player - James Moss

I think his injury was too serious, especially considering he retired from SANFL football.

    Past Player - James Moss

I'm not sure how reliable this is, but I heard yesterday that Moss had the operation on his hip to shorten his longer leg and it never healed properly, or something to that effect...

    Past Player - James Moss

Re: #43 - James Moss Thought it would be worth mentioning that James was listed in today's grand final SANFL budget as a retiring player from league SANFL. I didn't realise his injury, hip I believe, was quite that bad. Thats a real shame for him if thats his reason for retiring.

    Past Player - Kurt Tippett

I find it very hard to see Kurt going anywhere else now. I was skeptical at this time last year, but with the way we're going on the field why would he jump ship now? Plus, every player seems to mention what good mates they all are and Kurt seems to slot right in.

    Past Player - Jarrhan Jacky

Re: #10 - Jarrhan Jacky Mark Aiston just said on Channel 10 news that Jarrhan has re-signed with the club. He didn't say for how long though.

    Past Player - James Sellar

Re: #29 - James Sellar Did anyone see the interview with James on Channel 9 last night? He spoke about how Kris Massie has been helping him out with the mental side of footy mostly during the last pre season :thumbsu: He also spoke about his role in the side, but I can't remember what he said...

Love it :thumbsu: Hopefully there will be many more to come!

    Past Player - Patrick Dangerfield

He was interviewed at the after match function last night along with Bernie and Johncock. He received a fair bit of attention from the crowd who were chanting 'Rodger', they were corrected that its actually 'Rodney' :D I thought he looked quite chuffed, as I reckon he's seemed a bit...

    Past Player - Jared Petrenko

Re: #33 - Jared Petrenko I reckon he would have. Every time he came to the bench he looked absolutely spent.

    #13 - Taylor Walker

I love these little '5 minutes with...' articles and Taylor's is no exception :thumbsu: What stands out to me is that he says they've been asked to show a bit of flair and also, how he speaks so highly of Hentschel. That's great to see from a second year player, I really admire that.

    Past player - Tom Lee

Re: ND Pick # 60 - Thomas Lee - Discussion Agreed :thumbsu: He was quite exciting to watch! I haven't seen much, well barely any, of him playing before, but if he's going to go for screamers I'd like to see more :D

    Past Player - Tony Armstrong

Re: #38 - Tony Armstrong I was very pleased with the amount of game time he got and he showed a bit too. Would definitely think he would be spending more time in the seniors this season.

    #26 - Richard Douglas

According to the Advertiser this morning he finished first in the 3km time trial which was held yesterday. Mackay finished second with a time of 10 minutes and 7 seconds. If there was something Douglas needed to improve in the off season it was his endurance, so clearly he's done that :thumbsu:
