    Judd vs Selwood ATM

it's not ludicrous if he's correct

    Bryce Gibbs v Brett Deledio

not possible considering lids has great skills
  5. Madtiger2006

    Richo Vs Lloyd

How about Richo's 1996 season of over 90 goals coming back from his knee injury of 1995? You also didn't mention Richo missed almost a whole year with a foot injury. Might have been year 2000
  6. Madtiger2006

    Richo Vs Lloyd

Richo isn't a natural full forward but he's had more shots at goal than Lloyd. Lloyd is the better kick, Richo is the better athlete. If Richo played on the wing his whole career he may have been one of the best players of all time. A wingman averaging 25 touches, 10 marks and 3 goals a game on...

    Daniel Giansiracusa Vs Brad Green

Green is completely overrated. Not overly smart or quick. His kicking for goal isn't that great either

    Hughes Vs Neagle

I've always thought these 2 players were very similar. GO Hughes

    Which Midfield 3

There's no such thing as a perfect 10. Ablett would be 9.5 and Judd 9 going on last years form

Who Will Draw The Biggest Crowd Round 1 2009 - Richmond V's Carlton or Hawthorn V's Geelong

Yeah but that game started at a ridiculous time of 6:10pm and was also shown live on channel 10. It was also a cold night and probably the coldest night of the year up until that point as we had 35+ degree weather for ages leading up to the day before. The fact that the game is on at the normal...

Laycock. Will he ever be any good.

Yeah. It's obvious he has talent. He's still pretty young and I remember Hill took a while to become a consistent player too. Is there any other ruckman in the league over 20 years of age who has the same combination of marking, kicking, athletism and mobilty in the league other than Cox? If...

Laycock. Will he ever be any good.

Laycock obvious has talent. I've see him take some great marks and kick some nice goals from outside 50m. For his height he's mobile, skillfull and athletic. His main problem is fitness and dedication. But as for potential, he has shown plenty. If he had the same dedication as most afl players...

Should Richmond still be considered part of the 'Big 4'?

Success doesn't have anything to do with how many supporters a club already has. The supporters will be out in numbers for the big celebration because the Tigers are finally coming good for a long period
  14. Madtiger2006

Should Richmond still be considered part of the 'Big 4'?

The Big 4 means the 4 clubs who will draw the biggest crowds when they are doing well on the field eg. they are out of a 7 year form slump and have just made the finals. I'm pretty sure Collingwood would struggle to average 43,000 per game and get 31,000 members if they had only made the finals...

Who Will Draw The Biggest Crowd Round 1 2009 - Richmond V's Carlton or Hawthorn V's Geelong

The opening game of the season against the 2 bottom sides compared to the 2 teams expected to play in the grand final. Take your black kettle and shove it
  16. Madtiger2006

Who Will Draw The Biggest Crowd Round 1 2009 - Richmond V's Carlton or Hawthorn V's Geelong

The Hawk v Geel game was built up for 6 months. Every Cat and hawk supporter would have been there. I know and you know that The Tigers and Blues will outdraw the Hawks when we are a success on the field
  17. Madtiger2006

where do you see Richmond finishing in 2009

I'm not saying we will, but just saying it's possible. We are good enough to win 15 games if things go right, while the Hawks may win about 19. But the Hawks are pretty beatable as was proven between Round 10-20 last year. I think you guys only won about half the games in that period. You must...
  18. Madtiger2006

where do you see Richmond finishing in 2009

Well, why not? There's not much between our midfields and defences. The only difference is you have Franklin. Our development is only a year or 2 behind. Oh yeah, we beat you guys comfortably too
  19. Madtiger2006

    carlton v richmond midfields

lol. They were pretty equal coming from a non biased poster
  20. Madtiger2006

where do you see Richmond finishing in 2009

Would have been nice to play Geelong at Telstra instead of Skilled and Adelaide at the mcg instead of carrara. Mainly for better crowds though . Anyway, we must beat the Blues in Round 1, cos we play Cats at skilled in round 2 and our bogey side North Melbourne round 3.
  21. Madtiger2006

    carlton v richmond midfields

Has nothing to do with their talents and how much pay they are getting. We win handsomely out of the 2 deals
  22. Madtiger2006

Who Will Draw The Biggest Crowd Round 1 2009 - Richmond V's Carlton or Hawthorn V's Geelong

Easy. Rich and carl have more supporters than haw and geel
  23. Madtiger2006

    carlton v richmond midfields

You didn't steal Judd. He left wc and Carlton offered him the most money
  24. Madtiger2006

Who Will Draw The Biggest Crowd Round 1 2009 - Richmond V's Carlton or Hawthorn V's Geelong

I think you are getting confused with Round 1 of 2007  It was wet and cold on last years opener and probably 10 degrees colder than any day for weeks before. Felt like about 12 degrees compared to the mid 30 degree weather we were having for about a month leading up to that off night
  25. Madtiger2006

    carlton v richmond midfields

CARLTON Judd: 9.5(if he gets back to his best) Gibbs: 8 Murphy: 8 Stevens: 8 Carrazzo: 7.5 TOTAL: 41.0 RICHMOND Cousins: 9 Foley: 8.5 Deledio: 8.5 Tuck: 8 Cotchin: 7.5(at the moment anyway) TOTAL: 41.5 pretty even
  26. Madtiger2006

Who will Finish Higher in 09?

Deledio, Newman and Jackson are better kicks than Cotchin. Cotchin is very young and he even turned it over half a dozen times by foot. But he'll be among our top kicks very soon
  27. Madtiger2006

    carlton v richmond midfields

You've seen him a couple of times and rate him  He's easily as good as Murphy and he's better than Gibbs(who's only had one strong season). Stevens is the overrated one. Softest player in the league with good skills waiting outside the packs for easy kicks lol
  28. Madtiger2006

    carlton v richmond midfields

Cousins is only 5 years older than Judd. Judd is 25 and Cousins is 30 and Cousins will still be 30 for most of next season
  29. Madtiger2006

Who Will Draw The Biggest Crowd Round 1 2009 - Richmond V's Carlton or Hawthorn V's Geelong

Rich v Carl will definately get more than the 73,000 they got last year. Here's a few reasons: Last years game started at 6:10pm, this year it starts at 7:40pm. Some people would have not gone to the game due to finishing work at 5 or 5:30pm. Now there will be an extra hour and a half to get...
