Cam Rayner's relationship was the one that didn't survive the revelations from trip.
A players all-round performance is both mental and physical.
The DanielRich issue in leaving the club was an entirely different...
...blocky - but the point being made was that overgrown kids who dominate/do ok in lower levels struggle when they join the adult comps
DanielRich and Brad Ebert come to mind. Rich was touted as a ready made footballer due to his size and Brad was preferred by most SA pundits over Dangerfield...
Really solid home crowds at Noosa Stuyd with bar takings being good also!
Maroochy at home or away always big but maybe the ‘DanielRich’ factor playing a part. Our away crowds as usual poor!
...until q4 offensively, but the coaches value pressure very highly and that will mean they won’t touch him.
He’s sort of in that situation DanielRich was in at Brisbane instead in his last season. Coach won’t touch him, he’s gone through the tough times and earned his dues, but he’s just not...
It's unfortunately a completely impractical ground for AFL level crowds (even small ones). Too far from any station and no real transport to and from - that would need massive change to be achievable IMO. Nice ground though... I remember seeing Fabulous Phil there back in the day when I was too...
Ex Benders born and bred…..
QEO is a grand oval…but is an absolute bugger for parking and facilities…
Limited parking spaces in the ground behind the performing arts / art gallery which is accessed through narrow gates off View Street. The off street parking is shared by the Aquatic centre along...
I looked at all the players that recorded 8+ marks against Rich in the last three weeks.
The most common position was KPBs. Particularly the slightly loose, intercepting types.
Wing/outside/uncontested mid types also at the top of the list. HBF/back pocket types also quite high, but that was...

He seems more like a distributing back. He's more DanielRich where you can bypass the midfield because he can kick over it. Bonner or Nas probably closest in the Saints senior side.
I want Dale Morris too. Screw the defense coaching role, he's doing a great job already so we might as well have him on the ground. While we are at it let's get DanielRich back as well, I was sad when he left at 275 games - would like to nudge him along to 300 :)
Gardiner normally doesn't stand out because he's a lockdown player. Historically has played against the most dangerous forward, as he can play on a tall or a small.
Has played the defensive forward role this season, playing on the best defender. Managed to get it together, as a forward, on...
...rated him much as a CHB whereas I can at least say that Jack Payne's season last year was pretty standout. It's also difficult because defense has never been your no. 1 strength under Chris Fagan so outside of Andrews an the peak years of DanielRich, it's hard for anyone else to really standout.
It doesn’t need to be an identical situation for a player like Parker to make a positive difference. If training standards are an issue, having a new senior player with high standards would force others to lift their game, and show them what is required.
Brisbane obviously had a lot of pieces...
...percentage of 74%. Although they won the spoon, there was sign of progress from preceding seasons. They were a young squad but they had DanielRich in his prime, a developing tall forward in Hipwood (and had just drafted another promising tall forward in Schache, though clearly he didn't...
Nobody from inside the club is going to be offering anything other than support for Fagan (at this point in the year). Many are saying our draw opens up a bit now, but to me we still only win two of the next four. Gold Coast will be hard to beat this week, and Adelaide (despite their win loss...
