Thanks, I just bought a Cycle ops Fluid2 on Wiggle. I think I'll get the tyres from a local shop and have them put them on. None of the shops answer emails, I'll call around tomorrow.
The tyre is a Continental Contact 32/622 and the rim says max tire is 700/25. It's a standard Giant road bike, I'm just unsure about the correct terms for things.
The blurb is almost impossible to puncture, which has proven true! They are great tyres, just not Triathlon tires for a heavy rider!
I have Continental cross country tyres on my road bike (i'm large). I'm doing a Tri in 10 days and am contemplating putting road tyres on. Will they add enough speed over 20km to make the risk of puncture worth it?
