I wouldn’t have thought Pseudo Echo was Siouxsie’s kind of music. Just can’t picture her dancing to Listening or A Beat For You at all.
Anyway, there are a number of ABBA songs that I like, although Dancing Queen is not one of them. And I do love Kim Wilde’s Cambodia and Hot Chocolate’s...
I made mention of this channel, Architectural Digest, in my original post, but I wanted to highlight this particular video because it's about what I think may be the most beautiful piece of architecture ever built, the Chrysler Building in New York. New York Architect Michael Wyetzner...
I'll have to have a look at skyscrapercity.com. Thanks
The one I generally go to is skyscraperpage.com, I like their diagrams of world tallest buildings.
I like channels like The B1M which is a channel about modern construction projects. The current episode (below) is about the Melbourne Metro project.
Other channels include:
Professor Of Rock. A channel about music and the stories and people behind the best songs in history.

I hope everyone is okay.
I checked about two dozen locations on the BOM and the highest daily rainfall total I saw was just over 75mm, and the months prior at those locales were relatively dry. Compared to what NSW and Queensland have gone through this year it doesn't look as damaging.
For...
WOW! you only create a thread when the floods threaten Victorians, no care for the Kangaroos supporters (and fellow Australians in general) in NSW and Queensland that have been going through the floods for the last 12 months? :(
BTW for those who can't tell, this post is dripping in...
I'm not a massive fan of Horse Racing, but I wish Denis all the luck for next Tuesday.
Melbourne Cup start confirmed for Johnny Get Angry as Damien Oliver convinces trainer Denis Pagan
I hope the Jockey wears Blue & White vertical stripes. :D
Earlier this week Canberra's lockdown was extended until September 2, since then our covid cases have dropped from 21 on Wednesday to 16 on Thursday and 12 today, so hopefully by September we will be down to zero. Not confident, but I'm hopeful, lockdowns are s**t.
Thank you for the advice, I have bought home some work to complete over the next week, I have also Blu-Rays and CD's arrive from the UK over the last few days to watch and listen too so I should be okay, and then of course on Saturday night I get to watch the AFL's next John Coleman make his...
I am, my parents live across the road, but I’m not sure I want to spend the next seven days with them.
My daughter and her husband live in the next suburb so I don’t think I can visit them, not that they would want to spend seven days with me.:D
NSW were always a little tight arsed regarding pr0n, so most Queanbeyanites crossed the border to Fyshwick which was the place to go for pr0n and fireworks.
The commentary team in the T20 game almost sent me to sleep. Cummins should stick to bowling, Gupta sounded flat and uninterested and Waugh is just boring, spoke in a monotone the entire innings.
Interesting T20 match over in the West Indies, Sri Lankan bowler Akila Dananjaya gets a hat-trick in his second over (Lewis, Gayle and Pooran) then gets hit for six sixes by Pollard in his third.
WI won 4 wickets in the 13th over chasing 131.
3 cases in Canberra, all linked to the Melbourne outbreak.
I think it time to consider levelling Melbourne for the safety of the rest of the country. :)
Andrews and the Victorian Government is seen as a little conservative and placing our economic rebuild in jeopardy. At least that is how I’m reading it.
