Hey mate, and AFL give f&&& all to community clubs. If they do happen to send players out to a community clubs training session it’s usually a no name player. Why don’t they send out a big name player which is great for the kids plus great chance to run a bbq and stuff for extra $$.

Yes mate I reckon community footy has zero chance of starting this year. No crowds, no footy.. And if it was to go ahead without crowds how do you police it? Clubs employ 6-8 security guards around the grounds. Don’t think so 😂😂

Mellington played a few games at Pacco last year, mainly early rounds and then consolidated a spot with Willy VFL. Bloody good player especially at local level. If he was leaving VFL I’m sure PACCO would have a decent crack at him to continue there. Absolute Jet who gives 💯 from what games I saw.

yes agree. Most often the player will know a few at the club as that’s the reason they sign there. Then if the club is smart and treat them well there is a possibility of them going there once they stop vfl. Also a good chance for the club to see how they go at local level. Do they give you 💯?

have you noticed that AFL club scouts rarely look outside the big clubs who have success. A guarantee you the best kid at the bottom team is probably better than the 4th-5th best kid at the top side. And his more determined however his probably less fortunate, so yes the system is often very biased.
