His been a bit disappointing at Greenvale imo. Seems to have trouble attracting good local players. His just lucky Greenvale are a good strong club who are always super competitive. Might be time he moves on but I’m only looking from the outside if In fact it’s chappy.

Hey Cosmo, good facilities can be very helpful when recruiting as most "quality" players will often come and look at the ground, facilities etc before meeting clubs. But also need a competitive side, good culture and have the right coaches on board..
