Correct you are. It's 40 junior games and your a "home grown" player and in seniors it's 1 point deduction for every consecutive senior year played. That's how I read it..

My belief for what's it's worth, is some of the lower teams get the ball forward enough times but often don't have the quality forwards to keep it in there and then convert, hence the quick turnover and goal up the other end. So with Belly up there, at least they will have a target to aim for...

Think you might find a similar issue with Stevens ex Carlton. His up on charges and got sacked from his WAFL team and then got a coaching job in the country somewhere but the league has stepped in and said he can't play.

Not totally correct to my understanding. Your signed a contract with a new club and it's based on you being cleared not based on giving you 90 days cooling off period. Also when signing a contract you usually sign a clearance form which will be lodged when clearances open. The new club can hold...

I think you might find some of these recruits play WRFL div3 reserves which is a very low standard of footy. Di Battisia played mostly reserves over the last 2 years. Not sure why he would move when the same coach didn't give him more than 1 senior game this year. Kazole played 50/50 seniors &...

Yeah Belly will be handy. Only seen him play a few times but has talent. If his part of a 2-3 pronged forward line should go well. I guess if his the only target that's different, as its more predictable and they can have there best back plus others spoil.

Guys the points system is going to allow for players already at clubs or under contract for 2016. They have been told contracts must be ahered to or leagues/Afl vic could be taken to court as a contract is a contract.. Interesting times ahead, so stay tuned..
