A relative owns a small business down there and a couple of their workers are unable to work for the next fortnight. They asked me for a chop out but I have to work down here.

My 2 young adult kids have just organised work permits and are on their way down there this evening. They are planning to work...then fish, golf, surf and go for a bit of a dive for the next 2 weeks.

I didn't mean it like that. Agree with most of what you said. So many inconsistent rules that they ask us to follow a lot just doesn't seem to make sense. The public courses here have a lot of people walking and exercising on them...it would be more socially distanced if golf was happening...

I heard that on one of our public courses people were rocking up and playing anyway. They were entering from a quiet area out the back of the course. Greenkeepers were not kicking them off. Cops got them and a number were fined. Course got a fine too apparently.

Yeah I'm talking all businesses in general there....some young girl front of house in a restaurant for example.

Unfortunately limits/vaccine passports will be putting people in positions where they have to police things and they are not trained police/security. I genuinely feel for some that are going to be put in these positions. Imagine being a young inexperienced person telling a group of young brash...
