The issues with senior players only started half way through the year. I would say most of the off field issues were caused due to on field issues. In fighting happens at all clubs and seem worse when the team is losing.

No I am lead to believe something like that occured. I dont understand how that has anything to do with what I said.

His failures has nothing to do with senior players....the fact he had absolutely no idea on team structures/selections etc meant he struggled as a senior coach.

yeah macca went a bit made in the end....not up to senior coaching but one of the best junior developers around

the only concern I have is he was there when the Eagles went off the rails...although I will admit I know little about the circumstances

From what I know it's true..... Macca didn't get boned for just griff walking out......another young gun wanted out because of McCartney....rightly or wrongly it tipped them over the edge

personally love macca....I honestly wanted him to get 1 more year to prove himself but I believe he would be boned next year so might as well do it now. great developer and has really set our club up.

Going well...has increased his fitness over summer..should have a great season...his highlight real from 10 games last year is fairly impressive. Love Pav hope stringer gets tonhis stamdard :)

Really hopeful you blokes can go one step further and take the flag. I have always had a soft spot for the dockers since you entered the comp and were the whipping boys but those days are long gone. ross lyon is a gun....although he made me tear up on prelim night in 2009 :( Go dockers :)
