I don't have a preference for either console, just curious given I knew a few people that got burned with a 360. If I had to fork out my own cash I'd probably get a 360 (assuming issues fixed), but no point really as I was given a PS3 for nothing.

Thanks for the feedback. I already have a BR player/DVR, so very much doubt I'll be using the PS3 for that function... FWIW I think Planet Earth is the best BR title available currently. LittleBigPlanet may be the go... also sounds like a game the kids will enjoy once they are old enough...
