but it wasnt a 'top 10' list
i literally brainstormed 15 random players. im sorry I forgot your favourite player Bob Pratt. Yes, he is a legendary full forward.
whether its 10, 15 or 1000, where did i state that im ranking full forwards in terms of who I think is best?
At least you can ready numbers, but should practice reading words a little more mate.
Bernie Naylor kicked 1034 goals in 194 games @ 5.33
Ken Famer, perhaps the greatest ever WAFL forward, kicked 1419 goals in 224 games @ 6.33
Two of the best players to never come to the AFL alongside Barry Robran and a few others
great analysis
I will always stand by the fact that i rank Hudson as the best full forward ever and Coleman second. Theyre both in my top 5 players of all time with lockett the next best FF at 6 or 7. Hudson's overall career extending beyond AFL is ridicolous. 300 odd games and over 2000 goals.
A couple more):
Templeton would've kicked 1025 goals in 306 games
If Jeremy Cameron maintains his current goal average and played 306 games, he'll finish with 801 goals.
Ron Todd wouldve kicked 1316 goals in 306 games
George Margitich wouldve kicked 1089 goals in 306 games
Wacko Jacko wouldve...
Jakovich, Margitich, Todd and Wacko Jacko are some of the biggest what ifs ever
But no bigger than Hudson and Coleman. Those two were just ridiculous and imo the best two tall forwards ever.
I think if you count all of Hudsons games in VFL, Tas, State etc he played 350 and kicked over 2000...
I brainstormed 15 of the greatest tall forwards ever (not the 15 best, just 15 of the best) and of those 15, G. Coventry played the most games.
What if we scaled all of their goals to match his games tally?
