    And these are the delusional people that I am talking about. Never should the free kick count be used to determine how good the umpiring is, unless every single free kick is a wrong decision. Non-calls are another thing that comes under bad umpiring which isnt captured by the count.

    This post isnt talking really about standard of umpiring. Yes, it is pretty bad. But what do you mean, "I don’t think people get upset with free kick counts." Look at the amount of comments and likes on the comments complaining about free kick counts across social media platforms.
