2nds South Adelaide vs Port Adelaide - Round 17 @ Noarlunga

Evans third quarter was outstanding. If you look close, Lycett is on the boundary.

2nds South Adelaide vs Port Adelaide - Round 17 @ Noarlunga

Yep, this 182cm player was dropped by Ken after bagging four goals.

2nds South Adelaide vs Port Adelaide - Round 17 @ Noarlunga

What a waste of a proven goal kicker like Evans, not being picked in the Power side but Mac & Cheese gets a walk up start each week

2nds South Adelaide vs Port Adelaide - Round 17 @ Noarlunga

Dumont was a free pickup who costs the proverbial peanuts, he offered depth to the Magpies and will be delisted shortly. He has not stopped any younger player being pickup and yes, offered cover for Boak last year. Job done, time to move on; and thank you for your service.

2nds WWT Eagles vs Yartapuulti - Round 12 @ Woodville

And Frank the Tank Evans was voted second best. Where changing on the ball he still finds a way to kick goals. If he doesn't get some games in the AFL he will end up the Magpies leading goal kicker

2nds Port Adelaide vs South Adelaide - Round 6 @ Alberton

Lycett was one of the best players on the ground when he was taken off at three-quarter-time. I reckon he was 'rested' for Friday night.

2nds Port Adelaide vs Norwood - Round 5 @ Alberton

We respect our Champion players, he is playing after a dicky knee and heart problems from last year. I do hope Wines finishes his career at Port

2nds West Adelaide vs Port Adelaide - Round 4 @ Loxton

No: Lycett dominated the game but was injured at the end of the first quarter. After that Dante rucked with Hayes providing a chop out; neither was impressive. Sinn coming good, lot of overlap running (great saving mark at the end of the third).

2nds West Adelaide vs Port Adelaide - Round 4 @ Loxton

Lycett landed flat of his back (centre bounce) at the end of the 1st qtr, gave it a try in the 2nd and is now out injured.

2nds AFL Under 18 Academy vs Port Adelaide - Trial Match 3 @ Mt Barker

Wonderful opportunity for both sides to be in the spotlight.

2nds Glenelg vs Port Adelaide - Round 2 @ Glenelg

Hagan was in the WA U18 team last year but was not drafted. The good news is, it was his choice to come here (hoping Port may draft him). The bad news is, we would need a long term injury to facilatate a pick in the mid-season draft.

2nds Glenelg vs Port Adelaide - Round 2 @ Glenelg

We should never have Farrell & Bonner playing in the same team. Both are lovely kicks who can not defend or get their own ball.

Promote McCalum and let him develope in the AFL. Cannot be any worse than the current seniors backline

Nothing wrong with Evans: he is playing a graveyard position in a dysfunctional team. He knows where the sticks are, give him a go in the AFL

2nds North Adelaide vs Port Adelaide - Trial Match 1 @ Thebarton

Yes; I live in Melbourne. An earlier comment said, 37 kicked it to Scully (who goaled).

It is not all doom & gloom; great work and many thanks for the Update and, the hope that Evans is today's technical sub.

McCallum is 37 (he setup the previous pass to Scully).

Maybe we have mobile Frank-the-Tank for the Lions. He plays like he has an electric tank.

You mention Burgoyne, what about the other 3 x emergencies? That is (31] Francis Evans,[26] Riley Bonner,[41] Jed McEntee.

Drew has not missed a game in the last two years.

    SANFL List Management 2022-23

A member of this year's WA U/18 side, he was injured and missed the combine. Growing up in the far north Pilbarra, he will have no loyalty go home strings for living in Perth. If it works out he could be and ideal mid-season selection (avaible with/when long term injuries).
