lol the pizza guy saying the whole hotel smelled like cigar smoke. imo Lebron can't be the goat unless he smokes cigars. It's like the ultimate troll - i'm going dominate you and kill my lungs at the same time.

ok controversial comment time - as good as that was, it was a massive mj vanity project. I really liked the non mj parts the most - Steve Kerr, Kukoc, Pippen. MJ is a massive figure in bball, the biggest, so I get why they went that way but for me more about the team, rather than the mj story...

I know it's the wrong answer but I don't mind it - the color at least. The font/ image does have a dumb cartoonish quality. Looks pretty lame against the bulls. When the sonics come back and KD rejoins think they'll just go classic:

I really enjoyed that - just a total nostalgia trip. I grew up in a regional town in the mid 90's and, pre-internet, the whole world just seemed to go bball crazy. Just remembering basketball card packs like 6$ and then instantly worthless. Air Jordan baseball caps like 30 $ in 90's money. Crazy.

Good write up here about how Payton was a tough(er) opponent for MJ. I get that Jordan couldn't be stopped but, come on, playing on Payton had to be annoying. There's even some theories that MJ threw the previous games so that he could win it on father's day...

Yeah, he did say that. That's the weird bit.

Bit harsh on the glove there.

    " The Last Dance "

The problem is that Jordan the person is a bit boring - so he doesn't like to go political, likes a punt, struggles with the pressures of fame and has an insane ability to win ... okay, but it's a pretty well know story. I actually found the other guys more interesting and to me that would be...

    " The Last Dance "

Jordan definitely came off better in that last ep. The gambling stuff was a bit meh, just doesn't seem like a big deal now. I'd prefer it if they had focused on the on court stuff. Only thing of interests was his cigar smoking - how many of those was he chugging down and still be the most...

Just read ahead a bit. Apparently the director was shocked that Jordan let the next two eps go through. Can't wait. Also due soon for some Gary 'the glove' Payton action - as well as the Reign Man.

    " The Last Dance "

That's possibly the most insightful thing in the whole series - it's like the degree of competitiveness comes at a bit of a cost. You see it in how he pushed others, Longley thought he was a dick and didn't he punch Steve Kerr in the face at some point. Of course, they all love what he gave them...

    " The Last Dance "

The Kukoc stuff was weird - kind of felt like a bunch of high school kids beating the new kid and then bragging about it. The episode wasn't the most flattering of MJ - the Isiah Thomas beef, the unwillingness to go political, even his constant sledging of Jerry Krause. Props tho, at least the...

Estimated net worth - current: Dennis Rodman: 500,000 Scottie Pippen: 30-50 million MJ: 2.1 billion.

Play Nice Michael Jordan vs LeBron James

Lebron would smash Jordan 1 v 1 and is probably the more devastating player. But it's about context - everything came together around Jordan - he took the NBA global, six titles, so many clutch moments. It can't really be replicated.

    " The Last Dance "

Been loving it. The absolute golden era of the NBA. On a side note, you've got to feel for Larry Jordan - grew up giving it to MJ one on one and then he taps out at 5 '8 and Mj goes on to hit 6 '6.
