Parents have a Galaxy Tab 2 10" and have had no issues with it, Mum loves it but they're fairly basic users, battery life seems decent enough, touch screen is maybe a bit less responsive than an ipad, but is better than my Toshiba. If you get one buy a case off ebay, $12 posted vs $45 in store.

If you check the website it even says it's online only, it has "windows experience centres" near you, but i missed the date and went to doncaster for nothing... Have heard they're a tad sluggish and didn't bother to think that ARM architecture = nowhere near as useful as i thought it could be...
